Opening a service call
is really easy!

In our driver app users can open a service call (Self-Service Mobile Ticketing) directly to the service provider associated with their vehicle. If the driver needs to coordinate treatmentin with the garage OR road services OR  open a M-ticket for hardware fix  that was installedin the vehicle,  now it can be done!!! 

In addition, we allowed the driver to report in digital form his expenses (such as expenses on fuel) and also to report an accident or damage caused to the vehicle. The solution includes adding photos, driver signature and more.

My Messages

The app includes a dedicated module (My Messages) that sends you reminder messages before Date of vehicle care date, operations campaigns and work procedures that your employer asked you to read. The messages can be tips in operating your vehicle so you can travel with a minimum of glitches.”
